NOTICE TO ALL HOMEOWNERS
Dear Homeowner:
On Friday, December 1, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. at the Village at Swinton Square Pool Deck, 1050 S. Swinton Avenue, Delray Beach, FL 33444, a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held for the purpose of considering and adopting a budget for the January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024 fiscal year, adopting a Resolution to republish Section 11.1 of the Declaration, and such other business as may lawfully be conducted.
