On Wednesday, August 26, 2015 at 6:30 P.M. at the pool deck at the community, a Special Board Meeting of the Association was held for the purpose to vote on the levy of a special assessment in the amount of $49,900 to pay for the construction of a perimeter fence in the community. We had a quorum of the Board present with 5 Directors present and 0 Director absent. A motion to approve the special assessment in the amount of $49,900 had unanimous approval with 5 Directors in favor of this amendment and 0 Directors opposed. Motion carried and the President signed a resolution to begin the next phase of this project.

In addition, the Board voted to transition to a new landscape vendor contingient upon a few outstanding items. A motion to approve this transition had unanimous approval with 5 Directors in favor of this amendment and 0 Directors opposed. On Wednesday, July 29, 2015 at 6:30 P.M. at the pool deck at the community, a Board Meeting of the Association was held for the purpose of voting on emergency repairs to building 6 due to a leaking pipe. We had a quorum of the Board present with 4 Directors present and 1 Director absent. A motion to approve the emergency repairs in the amount of $2,713.23 with 3 Directors in favor of this amendment, 1 Director abstained, and 0 Directors opposed.

On Tuesday, June 23, 2015 at 6:30 P.M. at the pool deck at the community, a Board Meeting of the Association was held for the purpose of voting on the bidding outcome regarding painting, roof cleaning, and pressure washing as well as the Board conducted a regular Board meeting. We had a quorum of the Board present with 3 Directors present and 2 Director absent. A motion to enter into agreement with Fiddler Roof Cleaning and RCI painting and waterproofing passed with 3 Directors in favor of this amendment and 0 Directors opposed.
This work will begin between the end of August to early September. Please stay tuned for future updates as we get closer to the project start date.

On Tuesday, June 2, 2015 at 6:30 P.M. at the pool deck at the community, a Board Meeting of the Association was held for the purpose of voting on a proposed amendment to the Rules and Regulations of Condominium as well as the Board conducted a regular Board meeting. We had a quorum of the Board present with 4 Directors present and 1 Director absent. The amendment to the Rules and Regulations passed with 4 Directors in favor of this amendment.
In addition, a future Board meeting schedule was proposed to help the Board conduct business throughout the Summer. That meeting schedule is as follows: June 24 (may be rescheduled to June 23), July 29, August 26.

Our ANNUAL MEETING was held on 4/13/2015 @ 6:30PM at the Delray Beach Community Center.
