New Management Company begins 6/1/2016

On May 2, 2016, the VSS Board of Directors voted unanimously in favor to hire GRS to manage our community beginning June 1, 2016.

What should you look forward to on June 1. 2016?

We are excited to welcome Heather Peaty to the VSS family as our new property manager. Heather can be reached at HPeaty@grsmgt.com and is here to help us manage our community. Please reach out to Heather with any questions regarding our day to day operations. 

GRS is providing VSS with a fully online solution. This includes, paying our dues (ACH Direct Debit, Lockbox services, Credit Card payments online, etc.), accessing your account, work order requests, and purchasing/leasing applications.

2016 Annual Board Meeting Outcome

Our ANNUAL MEETING was held on 4/20/2016 @ 6:30PM at the VSS Pool Deck.

Thank you for your continued support in our wonderful community here at VSS. Due your overwhelmingly positive support, we will be maintaning the same board as 2015 without any changes to their roles.

We are planning to schedule a meeting within the next week or so to move forward with a few important items for our community. Please stay tuned.

2016 Annual Budget Meeting Outcome

Our ANNUAL BUDGET MEETING was held on 11/17 @ 7:00PM by the Poolside. The VSS Board of Directors is please to present our approved 2016 budget with ZERO increase to our dues with FULLY FUNDED reserves.

Board Meeting Outcome - 10/2/2015

On Friday, October 2, 2015 at 6:30 P.M. at the pool deck at the community, a Board Meeting of the Association was held for the purpose to vote on the addition to the painting project to include the exterior handleset hardware for each unit and to conduct regular community buissiness. We had a quorum of the Board present with 3 Directors present and 2 Director absent. A motion to approve the purchase of locking hardware from Taylor Security & Lock in the amount of $13,342.10 had unanimous approval with 3 Directors in favor of this amendment and 0 Directors opposed.
