Special Board Meeting on 7/12/2016 - Outcome

On Tuesday, July 12, 2016 at 6:30 P.M. at the pool deck of the community, a Special Board Meeting of the Association was held for the purpose to vote on the addition of electronic voting and to enter into contract with RCI for the ongoing maintenance of VSS through the next scheduled painting project. We had a quorum of the Board present with 4 Directors present and 1 Director absent.

Resolution to provide VSS with the ability to utilize Electronic Voting - PASSED

Motion to enter into an ongoing maintenance agreement with RCI through our next painting project - PASSED
