Board Meeting Outcome - 8/26/2015

On Wednesday, August 26, 2015 at 6:30 P.M. at the pool deck at the community, a Special Board Meeting of the Association was held for the purpose to vote on the levy of a special assessment in the amount of $49,900 to pay for the construction of a perimeter fence in the community. We had a quorum of the Board present with 5 Directors present and 0 Director absent. A motion to approve the special assessment in the amount of $49,900 had unanimous approval with 5 Directors in favor of this amendment and 0 Directors opposed. Motion carried and the President signed a resolution to begin the next phase of this project.

In addition, the Board voted to transition to a new landscape vendor contingient upon a few outstanding items. A motion to approve this transition had unanimous approval with 5 Directors in favor of this amendment and 0 Directors opposed.
