Board Meeting Outcome - 7/29/2015

On Wednesday, July 29, 2015 at 6:30 P.M. at the pool deck at the community, a Board Meeting of the Association was held for the purpose of voting on emergency repairs to building 6 due to a leaking pipe. We had a quorum of the Board present with 4 Directors present and 1 Director absent. A motion to approve the emergency repairs in the amount of $2,713.23 with 3 Directors in favor of this amendment, 1 Director abstained, and 0 Directors opposed.
