IMPORTANT NOTES

Registration of all vehicles belonging to your residence at Village at Swinton Square is mandatory.

A copy of your current vehicle registration is required along with your registration form.

We strongly encourage residents to park in their garages and driveways so that common area parking is available to their guests and other visitors.

Remember that vehicles blocking driveways, sidewalks, and/or those that are not parked in a designated parking space will result in a fine and/or be subject to further enforcement action.

COPY OF CURRENT VEHICLE REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR EACH VEHICLE
